1 General Terms & Acceptance
By accessing or using the cul99 platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between cul99 and all its users. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration and Verification

- You must provide a valid mobile number and your full name at the time of registration.

- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility
The minimum age to participate on cul99 is 18. Anyone under 18 using the platform is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.
Strict warning: Helping a minor open an account or engage in gaming is a serious offence. In such cases, all associated accounts will be suspended and all funds forfeited.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in your country of residence.
- Users must be mentally sound and participate on the platform entirely of their own free will.
- If ordered by a court or authority to refrain from gaming, you must comply with that order.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy
Deposits on cul99 can be made using Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally instant and secure.
Key Deposit Rules:
- Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
- The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Depositing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.
- Cul99 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
Warning: If funds do not appear in your account after a deposit, please contact support with a screenshot of the transaction. Complaints older than 48 hours may be difficult to process.
Cul99 reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions. In cases of money laundering or fraudulent activity, the relevant authorities will be notified and the account will be closed immediately.
5 Withdrawal Policy
Cul99 is committed to providing fast and reliable withdrawal services. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
Withdrawal conditions:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Your daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account tier.
- Withdrawals may be delayed on bank holidays.

If fraud or a breach of our rules is found on any account following a cul99 review, we reserve the right to cancel any pending withdrawals on that account.
6 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Cul99's bonus and promotional offers are designed to give users extra value. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be followed.
General Bonus Terms:
- The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
- Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires completing a wagering requirement of 3x to 30x — the specific amount is stated on each individual offer.
- Bonus balance and real money balance are tracked separately.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
- If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after a bonus is credited, the bonus will be forfeited.
Prohibited: Any attempt to abuse bonuses, engage in bonus hunting, or claim the same bonus multiple times will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
Cashback & Reload Bonuses:
Cashback is generally paid out on a weekly or monthly basis. Reload bonus terms are detailed on the promotions page. All final decisions regarding bonuses are made at cul99's sole discretion.
7 Gaming Rules & Fairness
All games on cul99 are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified. Every game outcome is entirely random, and manipulation in favor of any user or cul99 itself is not possible.
- In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, server logs will serve as the final and definitive evidence.
- If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, cul99 reserves the right to correct it.
- If your internet connection drops mid-game, the last saved state on the server will be used to determine the outcome.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches in any game will be voided.
- If match-fixing or suspicious activity is detected in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided.
The fairness of all cul99 games is regularly verified by independent third-party auditing firms. Your gaming experience will always be fair and transparent.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on cul99 and will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions:
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Abusing bonuses or engineering bonus schemes.
- Using hacking tools, malware, or automated bots on the platform.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.

- Team betting or collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating across multiple accounts.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and law enforcement notified where necessary.
9 Account Closure and Suspension
Cul99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
- If registration is completed using false or incomplete information.
- Consequences of failing KYC verification.
- If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
- For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
User's Right to Close Their Account:
You may close your cul99 account at any time. Contact the support team for self-exclusion or a temporary break. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before closing the account.
For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, a monthly service fee of BDT 100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted. No fee applies while the account remains active.
10 Responsible Gaming Policy
